If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to avoid being charged 100% for the missed appointment. Any prepaid sessions will be used to cover or an invoice will be sent to your email address on file to be paid before returning for future services. We understand things can occur unexpectedly and always recommend reaching out as early as possible if there's a scheduling issue as we do our best to accommodate.

Health insurance or Flexible Savings/Health Savings Account (FSA/HSA)
Every insurance policy is different with their terms regarding massage therapy reimbursement. If you have a debit card associated with your FSA/HSA, you may be eligible to use this as payment. After every session, you will receive an email with a copy of your receipt to be used for submission and for your records.

To redeem your gift card, visit our "Book Online" form to find and schedule your massage. During the checkout process, follow the option to select Gift Card and enter the 16 digit code you received and process it. You'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and proof of redemption.
When you purchase a package series, you will receive an email to create a personal account through our website. Once you create your account and login, you will be able to schedule an appointment online and redeem any prepaid sessions you have.
